Galician Tuna
- Skipjack Tuna: We use the finest tuna to create a filling that's both hearty and delicious, showcasing the freshness of the sea.
- Onions: Sautéed to golden perfection, the onions add a sweet and savory depth that perfectly complements the tuna.
- Red Peppers: Vibrant red peppers bring a mild, sweet heat to the empanada, infusing it with a burst of color and flavor.
- Tomato Paste: Our rich tomato paste adds a layer of savory complexity, enhancing the overall taste profile.
- Green Olives: Briny green olives provide a delightful tanginess and a unique texture, creating a symphony of flavors.
- Boiled Egg: Small slices of boiled egg add a velvety, creamy texture and a hint of mildness that completes the empanada.
One ordering unit is 1x Empanada. The weight of each empanada may vary as they are handcrafted and hand filled, but on average they weight between 90 to 110 grams.

If you have a specific future date you would like your order delivered you will be able to let us know at checkout (there is a space for it). If you don't let us know, we will deliver as soon as we can (see table below):

Please note that we can only send out orders on working days. We cannot dispatch on Bank Holidays, so please bear this in mind when ordering around or after a bank holiday.
Planning a party or event?
If you need our empanadas for an important party/event, we strongly recommend you ask to receive your order at least 2 days before the event (or more if you can). Our empanadas last 3 months in the freezer, so you can order well in advanced.
Delivery delays
We use a very reliable Next Day service with DHL, but occasionally there can be delays. Our packaging is designed to maintain the cold chain for up to 48hrs. If there is a small delay and the empanadas are delivered within that 2 day window, then they will still be safe to consume/freeze. If there is a longer delay, please contact us and we will issue a full refund or offer to send the order again.
Our empanadas are frozen and already cooked and pre-baked, they just need a little time in the oven to heat up and they are ready to enjoy! Your order will come with heating up instructions, but they are very simple :)
To heat up from defrosted:
- Pre-heat oven to 220C Fan
- Place empanadas in the oven in a baking tray with baking paper. Leave for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Rest for 1 to 2 minutes before serving and then enjoy!
To heat up directly from frozen:
- Pre-heat oven to 160C Fan
- Place empanadas in the oven in a baking tray with baking paper. Leave for 10 minutes.
- Increase the heat to 220C Fan and continue for 8 to 10 more minutes.
- Rest for 1 to 2 minutes before serving and then enjoy!
